Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories and manuals to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
